My wife and I waited… Read more Scheduled with Adams Door after speaking with their representative at the Buffalo Home Show for part one of a three phase construction project which all utilize overhead doors. My wife and I waited on appointment day for their representative. No call, no show. Later that night my wife said,"Should we call and reschedule ?". I replied, "No, we shouldn't. They are in a service based industry and part one of that being successful is honor your commitment." There are other companies doing better.

Your polite & friendly installers efficiently removed our old noisy & dented garage doors and replaced them with 2 new Garaga doors with windows, and the fantastic new LiftMaster 8550W belt drive openers. They took the time to explain the installation to us, cleaned up completely after the job, and took the old scrap doors with them. The new doors look great and the belt drive openers really are very quiet in operation
