Haas Commercial Aluminum Doors are comprised of Aluminum Rail & Stile Frames that may be combined with Aluminum Panels and a wide range of Glazing Panels to provide the appearance, performance, and visibility to fit your facility.
Haas Commercial Aluminum Door sections are engineered with 0.065in minimum Aluminum Alloy tubular extrusions with thru-bolt construction and 1.75in thick door sections that are available in any height. Bottom rails, top rails and end stiles vary depending on the specific door model and size (see below). Solid Section Aluminum Panels are available in 0.04in stucco embossed or 0.05in smooth aluminum finish, in a range of color options, and a wide variety of glazing materials are available for window sections.

Haas commercial door track is furnished in 2" or 3" galvanized steel (depending on door size), with compatible mountings for either steel or wood door jambs. For angle-mount track, door widths are 2" wider than opening. Track rollers are 2" or 3" case-hardened inner and outer steel races with 10-ball, prelubricated bearings.
Hinges, brackets, and reinforced struts are hot-dipped galvanized steel, and fasteners are plated for maximum corrosion resistance.
Standard computer-calibrated counterbalancing torsion springs are designed for at least 10,000 cycles, and alternative optional springs are available with 25,000, 50,000, and 100,000 cycle capability.
Additional available options include 2 or 3in track, exhaust port, cam safety device, spring bumpers, chain hoist operation, high cycle springs, high cycle rollers, wind load rating pass door (CA-320 & CA-320i only), top header seal, car wash cutout, and security bars.
