Haas 600-Series Energy Efficient Overhead Garage Doors

Haas 600-Series 1-3/8" thick garage doors have an excellent 0.106 Tested U-Factor. They feature rigid vinyl extrusions with positive thermal breaks to eliminate metal-to-metal contact, which limits heat transfer. Tongue-and-groove construction and section joint seals at meeting rails for water and wind resistance to provide excellent weatherproofing.

A full-length, one-piece vinyl astragal retainer and flexible vinyl U-shaped weather-strip prevent infiltration of air, rain, snow, and debris. The seal fits to irregular or unlevel floors and reduces impact shocks when the door is closed against concrete flooring.

Haas 600-Series commercial overhead garage doors are built with high-density CFC-free polyurethane foam that expands and adheres to the interior and exterior steel panels to provide an incredibly strong and rigid unitized structure. These doors are reinforced with roll-formed galvanized steel struts and double-end hinges, as required to meet all local windload specifications.

Haas Commercial Door Hardware

Haas commercial door track is furnished in 2" or 3" galvanized steel (depending on door size), with compatible mountings for either steel or wood door jambs. For angle-mount track, door widths are 2" wider than opening. Track rollers are 2quot; or 3" case-hardened inner and outer steel races with 10-ball, prelubricated bearings.

Hinges, brackets, and reinforced struts are hot-dipped galvanized steel, and fasteners are plated for maximum corrosion resistance.

Standard computer-calibrated counterbalancing torsion springs are designed for at least 10,000 cycles, and alternative optional springs are available with 25,000, 50,000, and 100,000 cycle capability.

Additional available options include windows, exterior keyed cylinder locks, exhaust port, cam safety device, spring bumpers, chain hoist operation, safety bottom brackets, and special lift clearance tracks (for high lift doors, vertical lift doors, low headroom doors, and doors that follow the roof line).
