Haas 9000-Series Energy Efficient Overhead Doors

Haas 9200-Models 2-5/8" thick insulated garage doors provide 0.081 Tested U-Factor performance, and the 9600-Models 2" provide 0.096 Tested U-Factor performance. They are designed with positive thermal breaks to limits heat transfer and tongue-and-groove construction with section joint seals at meeting rails to provide superior weather resistance.

A full-length, bottom seal fits to irregular or unlevel floors and reduces impact shocks when the door is closed against concrete flooring. It also excludes, drafts, rain, snow, and exterior noise.

Haas 9000-Series Commercial Doors Are Strong & Tough

Haas 9000-Series commercial overhead garage doors are built with high-density CFC-free polyurethane foam that expands and adheres to the interior and exterior steel panels to provide an incredibly strong and rigid unitized structure. These doors are reinforced with roll-formed galvanized steel struts and double-end hinges, as required to meet all local windload specifications.

Haas Commercial Door Hardware

Haas commercial door track is furnished in 2" or 3" galvanized steel (depending on door size), with compatible mountings for either steel or wood door jambs. For angle-mount track, door widths are 2" wider than opening. Track rollers are 2quot; or 3" case-hardened inner and outer steel races with 10-ball, prelubricated bearings.

Hinges, brackets, and reinforced struts are hot-dipped galvanized steel, and fasteners are plated for maximum corrosion resistance.

Standard computer-calibrated counterbalancing torsion springs are designed for at least 10,000 cycles, and alternative optional springs are available with 25,000, 50,000, and 100,000 cycle capability.

Additional available options include aluminum full-view section, exterior keyed cylinder locks, exhaust port, cam safety device, spring bumpers, chain hoist operation, double steel end stiles, and pass-through door.
